 Chamroensaksri et al. 2009.
Gram-negative, curved rods, 0.4-0.5 x 2.0-8.0 μm, nonendospore-forming, motile by
one polar flagellum.
Colonies are round with entire edges, smooth, convex, opaque and
cream-pigmented, 0.9-2.5 mm in diameter.
Can grow at pH values of 5-9 (optimally at pH 8), at 10-47 ºC (optimally at 37 ºC) and
in 1-22% (w/v) NaCl (optimally in 9-10% NaCl). Growth in 0% NaCl is negative.
Facultatively anaerobe.
Isolated from fermented fish in Thailand.
Resistant to bacitracin (10 U), gentamicin (10 μg), kanamycin (30 μg) and neomycin (30 μg).
Unknown.
