Phylum Proteobacteria, Class Gammaproteobacteria, Order Enterobacteriales, Family Yersiniaceae, Genus Rahnella, Rahnella
victoriana Brady et al. 2017.
Gram-negative rods, 0.6-0.8 x 1.2-1.7 μm, occuring singly or in pairs. Motile by
peritrichous flagella when grown at 25 ºC.
Colonies are cream on nutrient agar, round, convex and smooth with entire margins.
Grow at temperatures between 4 and 37 ºC. No growth in KCN. Facultatively
anaerobic.
Isolated from Quercus robur in Suffolk, United Kingdom.
Undetermined.
